Non-troop girls Juliettesmust have a parent or guardian request the patch. Patches will be distributed with cookie season rewards.
Many of the youth live in challenging situations including foster care, shelters and some are homeless. Troops may return up to 10 unopened cases of cookies from SIO. Most have never had them so this was great exposure to the Girl Scouts program for some inner city at risk youth.
Girls who used the platform in addition to traditional sales, sold more cookies and reached their goals faster—so amazing.

Be featured on the Girl Scout Cookie box! Confirm count, sort and distribute immediately upon receipt. They made kabobs that were cooked to perfection. The girls began this project in Novemberbut between research and planning, participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program, and other troop events, they completed it when the kits were delivered to UCHealth on June 20, Girls and volunteers in troops must request the patch via the troop cookie chair or troop leader.
They are always great dinners that you can tell the girls were helping to create not just adults doing it all. Another group researched items a parent might need and made suggestions on what should be included in the kits.

It was amazingly thoughtful and practical. The girls also donate to cookies to the senior center every year. Vets, a transitional housing facility for Veterans. The Girl Scout cookie sale has ended. The cookie sale will take place February 9 – March 24, All troops participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program are encouraged to recruit a troop cookie manager and all service units are encouraged to recruit a service unit cookie manager to help manage the sale.
